New Energy Artistry
July 6th 2007 12:40
It is a year ago this month that I accepted an invitation from Kuthumi Lal Singh, one of the ascended masters,to expand and explore my passion for writing and the arts. At first I believed it was a simple invitation to write a book but through this I have also learnt so much about creativity in all aspects of life.
My passion for writing arrived early in my life and was just as quickly quashed with a myriad of excuses and distractions that we silly humans create to disconnect and fit into the mainstream mold. Our passions and callings though never die. We leave them fading on the sidelines as we play. We look over at them every now and then but we don’t invite them onto the playing field as we think they don’t fit in, or we will get laughed at, or we don’t have time, etc, etc….
The new energy artist is the one who walks over to the sideline and steps out to embrace their passion. Create a new playing field without boundaries. Write your own rules or don’t have rules at all. Play with your passion in joy and watch it grow beyond all you could have imagined.
All this starts with a good blowing job! The deep conscious breath brings you to the now and to the stillness within that allows you to “hear” your feelings. Pure creativity comes from your feeling space. Stepping into this space invites "Dei Un Gnost" to work with your mind, body and spirit. Gnost is the innate knowledge that we all have, it is the part of us that is infinite. The breath is the bridge to connect with this creative space within you. In this space you step into the flow that allows things to come to you and you will dance with them in joy.
So breathe, choose your passion and create with endless possibilities.

Congratulations.
Beautiful advice... not one necessarily applicable to the realm of writing for a profession, but absolutely crucial to the realm of writing creatively and nurturing the muse.
Oh, my.... surely I can't be the only one misreading that comment! Controlled breathing certainly isn't the first thing that popped into the mind with that sentence. *blushing grin*.

New Spirit New Energy
Yes I guess the no boundaries thing is a bit hard within the professional world.....
To me its also about letting go of the boundaries of "its hard to get a publishing deal" or the ideas of a struggling artist, etc, etc......
