Don’t Feed With Fear.
Fear gives power to limitations. It’s like throwing steak to lions.
You give away your power through your fear. Fear limits your journey, your experiences and your choices.
Fear is a tool of the mind. It has roots in protection but allowed out of balance it suffocates and restricts.
Breathe through the fear and let it go.

Winston wwroe a great post on taking risks recently and it's a shame he didn't get to read this piece of advice...it's so good.
I remember reading a creative visualisation book about walking up to the (Metaphorical) lion in your path. Very often when we finally muster the courage to do so...he is suddenly not there! *chuckle* gone to lunch ...*giggle*
