Don’t Worry
If you knew everything was going to be ok how would you live your life now? You wouldn’t worry!
Stop using your energy to worry. You know you have much better things to use it on.
Worrying stops you from being present. It re-hashes the past while imagining the future. Neither matter. Only Now matters.
You know everything will be ok because everything is ok

This is perhaps one of my biggie problems, I worry. And if I have nothing to worry about, sometimes I'll worry about that too... *lol*
I must admit though that as I get older I'm getting better. I've been working hard on this problem of mine since childhood. Mostly I worry about offending people becuase I tend to be so easily misunderstood and I hate to see people upset... so why upset myself by worrying? So true...
I was fine today till I got on line and found I was top of the pops, without even knowing how or why? *chuckle* Orblers... pah!

Worry is just getting caught in the spin cycle of your mind. I truly believe our mind is quite relieved when we give it a break.
I better get some more solutions posted cos I think you will have caught up by today...
Oh and why be surprised you are "top of the pops" Your honesty has just allowed you to write what so many of us doubt about job applications, etc.

it's revealing myself that's hard... I never realised that I am quite a private person... or is that withdrawn? I'm begining to think so... so it's good news all round.

Please don't stress about posting, I can only manage one a day (at most) this week, as I am flat out like a lizard drinking again, some new things on the horizon and another job offer (see recent responses on corporate post)...
