Do Something Different
A change is as good as a holiday. Sure holidays are better but lets start simply.
You lose yourselves in routines so easily that you end up sleep walking through your life. When you start to change even simple things you shake yourself up and you become aware of what you are choosing for yourself each day.
Drive a different way to work, eat something new, jog in the other direction, get out of the other side of the bed.
Change your boot camp days into an unpredictable adventure.
