Never underestimate the healing energy of a big deep belly laugh. If you havent had a good laugh in a while go and find one.
Know what makes you laugh and keep those things close to you.
Know who likes to share laughter and keep them close to your heart.
Just don’t laugh at another’s expense or misfortune. This makes Kuan Yin sad.
