Simple Solutions for Silly Humans
Solution Twelve;
Spend two minutes a day being still
In a chair, on the floor, in a restroom, at your desk. In the morning, halfway through the day, at night. You choose the time and place. Set a timer if you have to.
Feel how conditioned you are to move, make noise and interact. Listen to how busy your mind is. Observe what distractions you will create.
It will get easier each time. You will even start to crave the stillness.
Invite the stillness beyond this time.
