Visit Gaia
Get outside. It’s huge! It’s limitless! Kind of like life.
Dare yourself to not turn on your computer, TV, radio, or stereo for one day. If you are in the city find a park or drive to the country or a beach.
Get stung by a bee, sun burnt, blisters on your feet, mud between your toes, let the rain fall on you, smell a flower, breathe fresh air.
Look up at the sky then out to the horizon. Breathe and feel your energy reach out to the very corners of existence.
