What? I hear you cry. Impossible! You declare. Say whatever you want but the sooner you get this one the easier it is for all of us.
Yes that’s right. You are a grand creator! All that crap you have been through and are in. Yep, all your doing!
Now for the good news. You get to go and create whatever you choose and you don’t need anyone to help you.

Charleton Heston has a great quote, "If it happens to you, it's your fault." - I like that one.
I also often say, "Your environment is a direct reflection of yourself. Everything external has an internal source."
It helps keep things in perspective.
